A story about the old-me dragon and the new-me.
Peter get's up in the morning with a spinning head. There's a fight between the old-me dragon and the new - me.
New-me: "I will from today become the person I deserve to be."
Old-me dragon: "I can't do this. I'll look stupid."
New-me: "If they can do it, so can I."
Old-me dragon: "No. I am to old to learn new skills."
New-me: "So what..I know it will not be easy.. I prefer to be the person I deserve to be."
Old-me dragon: "No. You'll waste your time. Your family will not support you."
New-me: "I'll never know until I give it a try."
Who will win?
The old-me Dragon plays the old "powerless and weakening" tape beliefs over and over. Old-me Dragon clutters up your ability to change your behaviors. And you need an escape from old-me beliefs.

The consequences of dragon - beliefs and habits.
1) Your dragon believes distort understanding of your power in the present.
It's human nature to follow the path of least resistance. No matter how great your ability, how large your genius, or how extensive your education, your achievement will never rise higher than your believes.
2) People who fail often stay focused on the pain instead of the gain.
Most people attempt change with a sense of dread and fear because they unconsciously believe the change will only be temporarily and all their efforts will be in vain.
3) "Only other special people have the ability top stop old habits."
You don't realize how you sabotage yourself by this attitude of self-deprecation or self-effacement.
Escape from these limiting old me dragon beliefs and habits.
1) Give yourself permission to believe in yourself - one of the greatest gifts you have.
2) To change your beliefs - envision the rewards you have to gain from creating a positive habit. You need a crystal clear picture. Write down at least three or more specific reason why you want to change a bad habit.
3) You can have the same feeling of mastery by eliminating a bad habit.
Mastering your new beliefs are not exclusive to special people - you are special. You can feel great about the way you eat and the energy your body is charge with. You can look great when you look down at your fingernails and see attractive, healthy nails. You can feel great about going out to eat with friends and after dinner not needing that cigarette.
4) Reprogram your mind and bust any bad habit. You need to take charge of the caliber of information you feed your mind. You need to create a new and more empowering program.
You literally create a new path of least resistance - a new tape recording to replace the old dragon beliefs and habits.
And your subconscious will immediately start to act on the newer and stronger program, as it becomes common thought in your mind.
