(Reason then Strategy) Look at each task on a per 'action' basis, not all lumped together, because they all are different, and you want to have an arsenal of tools handy to deal with it when it come up.

  Disciplines to practice and make a habit. Look at what more can be done to speed your progress to your goals. Where can I improve? What can I do more of? What can I do better?
